NPC ~ Traveling Salesman Kecleon (Official)

3rd NPC Suggestion for

There's got to be a Kecleon somewhere; it's tradition!

This is the Traveling Salesman Kecleon. He sells all sorts of items. Unfortunately, his items are often overpriced and sometimes the items are fake like selling you an Oren Berry instead of an Oran Berry (Big difference!)


He can be found anywhere* and in any color!

*Kinda like the games where he's found in dungeons, he can be found out on missions and whatnot.
